Workshop „Understanding the Swiss – Going Beyond Stereotypes“

This workshop is highly recommended for foreign students having moved to Switzerland. It makes students aware of the Swiss and their own cultural bias. It helps them to understand and manage differences in communication and value systems successfully. It further helps to make the transition period smoother and it is an ideal platform to interact and connect to other foreign students and Swiss students alike. The number of participants is limited. 

The workshop is highly interactive and will, amongst others, cover the following themes:

• stereotypes and tendencies
• the phenomena of culture shock
• Swiss communication patterns and Swiss values
• panel with Swiss experts
