Scholarships
Application deadline
From 1 March to 30 June for the academic year commencing in the following autumn. The application must be submitted annually.
Newly-enrolled Bachelor and Master students should submit their application by the end of the second week of the semester (autumn and spring semester).

Swiss students and permanent residents
Swiss students and foreign nationals settled in Switzerland (Type C residence permit) have also to apply to the Scholarship Office of their parents’ canton of residence for cantonal scholarships. Swiss nationals resident abroad must apply to the respective office of their canton of origin (see cantonal Scholarship Offices, PDF, 21 kB).
ETH Zurich scholarships are only granted as a complement to other sources of funds to cover study and living costs.
Scholarship applications must be made on the appropriate form and sent to the Scholarship Office. Order application form:
