You will receive the semester invoice around the fifth week of each semester (calendar week 12 and 42). This must be paid within 30 days.
Please ensure that you settle your invoice using the enclosed payment slip so that your payment can be identified correctly. Please refrain from making advance payments without the pre-printed payment slip.
In the event of errors, please contact the Registrar’s Office by telephone (Tel. 044 632 30 00) or write to the contact indicated on the invoice. We would request that you do this promptly, i.e. before the payment deadline.
Postponing payment
Students who are unable to pay their semester invoices on time may apply to the Scholarship Office for their payments to be postponed. Applications must be submitted in writing, together with a copy of the full invoice.
