Copies and/or Transcripts

Documents issued by ETH

The Registrar's Office can supply you with copies or transcripts of your documents. When ordering a copy, please indicate whether you need a simple or a certified copy.

If your time of studies dates back before the end of the 1970ies, we most probably have no photocopy in our archives and a trascript has to be issued manually. In such a case please allow as at least 14 days for the issuance. In special cases we must charge higher fees than the pulished normal ones. If so, you would be informed about.

Please order your copies or transcript in written for or by email only. We need the following information:

• Family and Christian name during the time of your studies
  
• Date of birth
  
• Degree programme and "Abteilung" if applicable
  
• Year and semester ord date of issue of the original document (approx.)
• Name and Adress for delivery

Eidg. Diplomas

Copies or transcripts of Eidgenössische Diplome like for example Eidg. Dipl. Apothekerin oder Apotheker, Eidg. Diplom für Instruktionsoffiziere, Eidg. Turn- und Sportlehrerdiplom, must be requested at the apropriate offices in Berne. Other fees may be applicable.
