Advice in case of critical study situations
Personal, administrative and health related problems can lead to situations where formal difficulties or consequences with the Programme Regulations and/or the ETH Zurich General Ordinance on Performance Assessments arise. The following persons or offices offer support for students who find themselves in such a situation:
- The first contact point is the student’s Study Administration Office or the study advisor of their degree programme. There you will find information on the potential consequences.
- It might also be of help to talk to the ETH’s student advisor.
- In special cases, the Head of the Student Administration is available for a consultation. The conversation might be about programme deadlines, examinations, reconsideration/cancellation applications or appeals.
