for lecturers and examiners
During the correction phase the data
taken from the previous year is revised, a process which lasts a total of seven
weeks. During this period, the following data must be checked, corrected or
confirmed by all lecturers and examiners in eDoz (eDoz > scheduling):
- COURSES: Courses offered, including day, time, periodicity, date and place
Applies to all lecturers
- CATALOGUE DATA: Course content
To be entered by the responsible lecturers
- PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENTS: Form of examination for
offered course units
Applies to all chief examiners
IMPORTANT:
Once the correction phase is completed, lecturers and examiners are no longer able to make any changes directly via eDoz regarding courses and exam information. The respective schedule coordinators must be notified via e-mail, by telephone or in writing of any subsequent changes.
The catalogue data and the English titles can be entered and/or corrected at any time.
The examination information published in the course catalogue is binding with effect from the start of the semester. Thereafter, any changes must be approved by the Prorector.
