Change of Supervisor
Should you wish to change supervisors, you need to submit this form (PDF, 55 kB) showing that both your present supervisor and your new supervisor are in agreement. Please have the form signed and send it to the Doctoral Administration Office.
Change of Department
Graduates from Swiss universities are directly reregistered under the new department. The new department decides about admitting graduates from other universities. In both cases, you must fill out this form (PDF, 54 kB), have it signed by your supervisor and send it to the Doctoral Administration Office.
