Events organised by third parties will only be accepted if they are directly associated with ETH Zurich.
Non-ETH members may place their room requests up to one year in advance. Requests submitted more than one year prior to the event will be registered as advance reservations. However, we usually cannot guarantee the reservation of a room.

Restricted booking of rooms during the semester

Incoming room requests for eventsheld after 6.00 pm and saturday during the upcoming semester will not be processed until after the publication of the course catalogue.
Room requests for events held on Monday to Friday from 8.00 am - 5.00 pm will only be processed from the third semester week onwards or 14 days before the event.
External organisers may not book the Audi Max and the Semper Aula for events taking place during the semester.
