Teaching rooms for examinations

The Examinations Office is responsible for the scheduling and allocation of rooms for the session examinations.

The winter examination session is held in the 4th to the 7th calendar week (immediately before the spring semester); the summer examination session runs from calendar week 32 to 35 (two weeks before the autumn semester).

Following the publication of the final examination schedule, any additional room reservations for the session examinations, cancellations of unneeded rooms, must be processed by the Room and Course Scheduling Office. This office must also be informed about unused rooms.

Rooms for examinations which are not organised by the Examinations Office, e.g. end-of-semester exams, may be reserved directly at the Room and Course Scheduling Office.
