Procedure

The departmental schedule coordinates are mainly responsible for the registration of the lecturers and examiners listed in the course catalogue and for updating the details published (number of teaching hours, type of course, etc).

Teaching assignments for the previous semester are automatically included in the new semester programme. New teaching assignments are constantly included in the course catalogue

The Rector requests the Room and Course Scheduling Office to process the teaching assignments. At the beginning of each semester, registered lecturers receive written confirmation of their teaching hours for the semester in question. The confirmation outlines:

• type of course
• number of semester hours
• type of contract
• remuneration (for external lecturers)

Following receipt of this confirmation, any changes must be reported directly to the Room and Course Scheduling Office. Lecturers are notified in writing of the amendments made.

Deadlines

Deadlines for the application of teaching assignments and notifying lecturers are harmonised with the deadlines for course scheduling.
