Retired lecturers
Teaching assignments for lecturers (professors, senior lecturers, lecturers) who are over 65 years old and continue teaching at ETH Zurich must be approved by the Rector.
The department must submit the application for teaching assignments conducted by retired lecturers.
Such applications are granted approval for 2 semesters (not consecutive). At the end of this period, a new application (for another 2 semesters) must be submitted by the department.
Retired lecturers are considered as external lecturers.
