The research plan is handed into the responsible department along with the approval form (PDF, 58 kB) and should then be forwarded to the doctoral committee for approval.
The approval form, which must be signed by both the dissertation supervisor and a member of the doctoral committee, is then sent to the Doctoral Administration who then advance the doctoral student to full candidacy.
