Before registering for the doctoral exam, it is necessary to print out the form and have it signed by the responsible department which then confirms that the 12 credits have been acquired. The registration form (PDF, 50 kB), a separate CV and the thesis are then handed into the Doctoral Administration Office which allocates the dissertation number. The department is responsible for distributing the exam announcements.
