Room Request
Search and reservation of rooms managed by the Rectorate (availability and reservations)
The Room Request application allows employees and lecturers of ETH Zurich to check the availability of rooms managed by the Rectorate, and to make an view reservations (time, room) for their events.
External persons and students are to contact the Room and Course Scheduling Office for any inquiry concerning the rooms managed by the Rectorate.
Restrictions
The Room and Course Scheduling Office does not process any incoming room requests for teaching rooms after 5.00 pm during the upcoming semester until after the publication of the course catalogue.
Room requests for events held on Monday to Friday from 8.00 am - 5.00 pm will only be processed from the third semester week onwards.
Room requests for meeting rooms and recurring events held during the semester will be processed at all times.
