Addresses

Address changes can be made directly in the application Addresses and Personal Data.

Voluntary semester contributions

Voluntary semester contributions must be fixed at the time of semester registration. You can change them during the first 4 weeks of the semester, for example if you want to become a VSETH member after the registration.

Schedule

All the courses taking place regularly are listed in the personal schedule.

Learning materials

Learning materials are links relevant to the topic of the course unit which can be provided.

Examination schedule

The date/time, place and examination end for all the session examinations for which you are registered in the examination session current at the present time are listed in the personal examination timetable.

Active degree programmes

One matriculation is created for each degree programme. The matriculation status is displayed – registered or not registered. Until registration, the deadline for semester registration is displayed (2 weeks after the start of the semester).

Students matriculated in more than one degree programme must register for each matriculation separately. Please ensure that subject enrolment takes place in the correct degree programme in each case.

Access to matriculations that are no longer active

Access to old matriculations (e.g. to the data of a completed Bachelor enrolment with a current enrolment for a Master programme) remains possible for a further six months after withdrawal.

If you need access at a later date to a transcript of records or study overview/course attendance confirmation sheet, for example, please contact the Registrar’s Office (or doctoral students contact the Doctoral Administration Office, exchange students (“Incomings”) contact the Student Exchange Office).
