myStudies: Submit the Request to Issue the Degree

When the conditions are fulfilled, the request to issue the degree can be submitted.

Insofar as the regulations make provision for it, specialisations (majors, focus area, minors) are displayed. The fact that the selected specialisations are correct must be confirmed by crossing the box “The correct specialisations have been selected”. If this is not correct, go back and change the selection on the “Specialisation” page. If the message “You have sufficient credit points to submit your request to issue the degree” appears, “Continue” is used to display the request to issue the degree, with the sections “Academic record”, “Addendum” and “Performances not listed anywhere”.

“Yes” submits the request to issue the degree. Thereafter performances can no longer be repositioned with the “Assign category” function.

“No” returns you to the draft of the request and the request to issue the degree is not submitted. Further adjustments can be made if necessary via “Matriculation” ® “Transcript of records”.

Forwarding to your Administration Office

The request must be signed and handed over to the Administration Office, as a rule in person. This enables any possible uncertainties to be resolved immediately.
