Glossary

Important terms

Technical aspects

Web applications

The request to issue the degree can be submitted as soon as the minimum credit points required by the regulations have been obtained. The request consists of 3 parts:

Part 1: Performances in the final academic record

These are the successfully completed (passed) performances assigned to the categories in the Programme Regulations.

Part 2: Performances on the addendum

Listed here are the:

  1. Successfully completed (passed) performances not assigned to any category in the Programme Regulations (“Performances without a category”). These may possibly be usable for a subsequent degree programme (e.g. Master).
  2. Performances not successfully completed (not passed), if the Programme Regulations require this.
  3. Successfully completed (passed) performances from additional requirements.
Part 3: Performances not listed anywhere

As a rule the performance assessments not passed successfully are to be found here.

Relocating individual performances in the academic record assignment (e.g. remove from the addendum)

The application must be printed and the appropriate boxes crossed for those performances that are to be relocated.

Submit the request to issue the degree

The request to issue the degree is submitted by printing it out via myStudies.

It must be signed and handed over to the apropriate Administration Office, as a rule in person. This enables any possible uncertainties to be resolved immediately.

Based on the request, the following are drawn up:
