Room Request
Enter date and room
At first the doctoral students and the examiners arrange when and where the qualifying exam will take place. The doctoral students then enter this information in myStudies. When saving the data an e-mail will be sent automatically to all examiners, the supervisor, the Doctoral Administration and the doctoral student. This e-mail informs about the date and location of the qualifying exam.
Entered data can be changed if the date is in the future and if no result has been entered.
View results
When the result of the qualifying exam is saved in the system, a notification e-mail will be sent. The result can then be viewed immediately in myStudies.
