Please check all information about performance assessments. This information applies to the performance assessment of all students on programmes conforming to ECTS. Students on other programmes can be examined in other, varying ways. Other conditions may also apply to doctoral students.
The department offering the course determines the procedure for examination, this must be agreed in good time with any target departments.
Once the semester has started the information is binding and can no longer be changed.
All students on graded study courses are examined in the same way, regardless of the course they are taking or whether the subject is a core subject on one course or an elective on another.
Detailed information, for example about the process, differences between forms of examination etc. can be found on the Examination Office pages.
Please also confirm (by clicking "Confirm current data") if you do not wish to make any changes.
Remark: You see already on the list of performance assessments which one you processed and which one not (column "Processed").
Example:
Only the main examiner for the course is authorised to make changes. Any other examiners have view authorisation. They should report any changes they wish to make to the main examiners or to the persons in the departments who are responsible for information about performance assessment. E-mail links for them are listed.
The Administration Office for the department offering the course determines whether you can change the information directly or have to submit a request for a change. A request for a change will be checked and confirmed by the Administration Office.
If your changes appear directly in the “Original” fields, you can make your changes without them being checked by the Administration Office. If your changes appear in the “Change request” fields, they first have to be checked and approved by the Administration Office.
