It is essential that the date questionnaire is edited and submitted by the specified date. It can only be submitted via eDoz. Please note that it must be submitted using the appropriate button.
Once a date questionnaire has been submitted, it can no longer be edited in eDoz. Please contact the Examination Office directly to make any subsequent changes.
Written session examinations
The written session examinations are planned by the Examination Office with no consultation. Accordingly, there is no function in eDoz for reporting preferred dates for written session examinations. Please check the aids and report any examiners who are not needed to the Examination Office directly.
Oral session examinations
For the oral session examinations, you must tell the Examination Office on which dates you are not available.
If no feedback is received, it will be assumed that you are available on all dates.
Please note the short deadlines for processing.
