List of grades before data export:
In rows 3 (grade), 4 (no show) and 5 (grade + trend), values have already been entered but not yet submitted.
Exported list of grades edited in Excel:
- in line 3 (4) the entered grade 5.75 is deleted
- in line 6 (7) a grade is entered: 6
- in line 7 (8) an invalid combination of grade 3.5 and no show
- in line 8 (9) an invalid grade 4.2
Import log (before saving):
Error messages under “Save Imported Data”, rows 8 and 9
The row numbers in error messages refer to the rows in the imported file.
After saving:
- incorrect data in row 8 is not transferred: invalid combination
- incorrect value (4.2) in row 9 is not imported
- the grade 5.75 originally shown in line 2 is deleted; overwritten with a blank value
- the corrected data is imported
