eDoz: Submitting Grades / Results: Example

Students can see their grades or results (passed/not passed), and the associated credits, in their transcript of records as soon as they have been officially decreed by the Administration Offices.

To do this, the Administration Offices require a list of the grades or results, produced, completed, printed out and signed by the examiners.

Procedure:

• Enter and save grades/results
• Prepare to submit the list
• Complete the submission of the list
• Open and print out the list
• Sign the list(s) and send by post

Preparing to save and submit:

With this function, you finally complete the entries and prepare the list for the relevant Administration Offices:

You can produce as many lists as you like. You can no longer change grades/results once they have been submitted:

Students whose results you have already submitted will no longer appear in the above list. Nor will students appear here any more if the Administration Office has already recorded the result.

The completed lists are shown as a link (PDF). Unlike to previous versions of eDoz the PDF will not open automatically anymore: Depending on individual security settings within the browser this behabiour caused problems.

Open the list using the link, print it out, sign it and send it to the Administration Offices:

The lists of grades are already correctly sorted and the addresses of the Administration Offices are on the cover sheet.

The lists of grades must be signed by the examiner.
