The "Advanced Search" function can be used to look for studens using various  search criteria

Hint: Number of Students to be Expected

You will probably not have complete lists of students following your courses up to two weeks after semester start as students are allowed to register courses up to this deadline.

If you wish you may calculate approximatively at an earlier stage how many students you can expect for a particular semester of the course.

In this case do not search for the registrations of a specific course but for studies in a program + study semester:

• (Total) students who are registered in the actual semester in (study) semester X: actual semester + program +  "From semester" and "Up to semester" (choose twice the same semester)

• If you wish to know this data very early you may especially for students in the first semester not even find reasonable data with these search criterias. Then you should search for an aproximate number for students who have been registered a year ago in a study program: Choose the previous semester + program + "From semester" and "Up to semester" (choose twice the same semester)

Note: Specialisation

Searching for specialisations only makes sense if the specialisations in question have been entered by the relevant Administration Offices and if the students have selected their specialisation(s) by using the myStudies application.

In order to be able to find specialisations, the search must be structured hierarchically, i.e. the relevant regulations must be selected via the department. The choice in the “Specialisation” field contains all possible specialisations and/or majors. If you cannot see the results you expect here, please contact the Administration Office for the programme in question directly. Please also note the additional information.
