eDoz: Number of Students

You will not see all the enrolments until two weeks after the start of the semester, because until then not all the students will have finished enrolling for their course units.

Students in the first semester of Bachelor programmes cannot enrol for course units until the first day of the semester. All other students can enrol beforehand.

If you would like to know at an earlier stage how many students, for example, are enrolled for a particular semester of the course, you can use "Advanced search" to search for course semester (students who in the previous semester were in course semester Y on programme X, or the total number of students matriculated in the current semester for course semester X):

• Use the function "Advanced search"
• Choose the right semester and enter the required criteria in the search template

Note:

Even if you only want to search for one course semester, you have to enter a “from” and a “to” semester. For example, if you are looking for first semester students:

• Select previous semester
• from course semester = 01
• to course semester = 01

This search is only possible towards the end of the previous semester.
