By use of these functions the different lists of students will be made. The lists of students can be printed out, exported as a file, or you can communicate with these students via e-mail.
Functions and their meaning:
| Course units: |
Lists of the students who hase enrolled for a particular course unit, regardless of whether there is also a corresponding examination registration.
In order to keep your lists up-to-date, it is recommended that you encourage your students actually to enrol for courses that they are attending and to delete enrolments that are no longer valid. |

Performance Assessments - Registrations & Results: |
Session and end-of-semester examination: Lists of the students who are currently registered for a performance assessment. The grades of performance assessments which have been decreed by the Administration Offices will be shown.
Semester performances: Lists of the students whos grades/results of the enrolements has already been decreed by the Administration Offices. |
| Doctoral Students: | Lists of Doctoral Students within a semester. |
| Advanced Search: | Search for students by use of different search criteria. |
