Important terms

The Web application eApply ist made for applicants who want to apply to one of ETH Zurich's study programmes. It offers them online forms to fill in all necessary information which are validated and stored. After paying the application fee online, eApply generates a PDF document and sends a confirmation email to the applicant.

External applicants need to register first; on their account, all applications are visible and can be printed out again. Internal applicants can use their internal login called "nethz" to apply.

eApply supports the application to Master's Degree Programmes  and to Master of Advanced Studies Programmes (MAS/MBA); it is planned to enhance the software for applications to Bachelor's Degree Programmes.

The online payment platform executes transactions through a company called Saferpay. eApply collects all data in a way that a later matriculation to the desired ETH Zurich programme happens fast and easy.

The backoffice application, called ZULETH, takes care of all administative processes to enable admission.

eApply ist therefore a highly integrated product.
