Addresses and Personal Data: Release Passport Photo

On the "Personal and Communication Data" Web page you have the possibility to release your passport photo.

Not released

Your passport photo is locked for display and can only be used for certain defined purposes such as the printing of your ETH-card.

Photo release for ETH Web pages requiring login

You hereby allow your passport photo to be displayed on ETH Web pages requiring nethz-login thereby available to ETH members only.

Photo release for all ETH Web pages

You hereby allow your passport photo to appear on publicly available ETH Web pages (e.g. people finder or telephone directory).

Select the pertinent release from the drop-down menu and save.
On the "Release Passport Photo" page you will be asked to allow your selection. You will receive a confirmation e-mail at your preferred e-mail address. The setting is activated immediately. You can change your selection for the use of your passport picture any time.

Please be aware that any photo displayed on your Web browser can be technically misused by a third party not under the control of the IT operators at the ETH.
