The Process Planning and Projects Group works in several areas. On the one hand, it is responsible for schedule coordination, the planning of examination sessions, managing teaching and meeting rooms as well as for producing academic records and certificates.
On the other hand, the group implements projects for the development and introduction of IT applications supporting the education process. A support office provides specialist support and training for the users of these applications.
The group also supports the other teams of the Rectorate in defining processes in respect of application procedures, data recording and large-scale production.
